Here’s a look at the hives that were moved from their winter yard over to Blue Mountain Biodynamic Farms. In this video we take our spring splits that have been prepared to be moved to their summer yards. We talk about:
– Using inner-covers as bottom boards for transport
– Internal hive preparation and organization
– Straps and closing colonies
– Veils and daylight/nighttime
